What better time to discover the expansive Canadian landscape than during the colder mitten-wearing months blown in by the New Year? The below-zero temperatures bring a wealth of seasonal merriment and unwavering Canadian friendliness that’s sure to warm the hearts of all who journey here. Canada February holidays are perfect for curious and cold-loving travellers, with plenty of winter festivities in full swing (for those brave enough to brace the chill). You can expect celebrations like the maritime traditions honouring Nova Scotia’s rich heritage and steaming mugs of hot chocolate (for Vancouver’s very own hot chocolate festival).
Meanwhile, adventure seekers can walk the Capilano suspension bridge, which sways over the thickly forested park below; cosy up in countless slick ski resorts, like the iconic Whistler Blackcomb, after a long day of zigzagging the slopes; or simply skate your way across the Rideau Canal in Ottawa. There’s something for everyone. Even lovers of light can bask in Niagara Falls’ illuminated waters (in celebration of the Winter Festival of Lights) or journey to Yellowknife in the Northern Territories to catch a glimpse of the famous Northern Lights. However you opt to spend your February break, be it indulging in maple syrup covered treats, biking world-famous trails or strutting the Candian capital’s streets, you might just find your heart captured by this vast and winter fun fuelled land...

Canada customer reviews (3 reviews)
4.3/5
The Canada trip was fantastic, all arrangements, accommodation and tours were spot on. We loved all of the places you recommended, during the trip we had seven different stops all of which were different and each had their own charms. Standouts were Emerald Lake (why bother with Lake Louise, they were bussing them in from the overflow car parks some 8-10 miles away!). Victoria on Vancouver Island was beautiful and so easy to walk around, and of course Vancouver City - the Foodie Tour is a must for anyone. First Class service, great attention to detail, will use them again
